By accessing or using CompliCast (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Support Circle Network LLC.
CompliCast provides a platform for secure video consultations, AI spokesperson avatars, appointment scheduling, automated billing, and client management for medical, legal, veterinary, sales, and support practices.
You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Bookings are subject to availability. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. We are not liable for consultations missed due to client error.
Subscription fees and any applicable usage overages are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. A valid payment method must be kept on file. Taxes and applicable fees may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, to attempt unauthorized access, or to scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without authorization. Violations may result in termination of your account.
The Service, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by Support Circle Network LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Support Circle Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
